Workswell WIRIS® Enterprise is a Multi-sensor Camera that has been specifically designed for use with unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV), or drones. Workswell WIRIS® Enterprise has been designed first and foremost as an inspection camera. Its thermal camera is equipped with a LWIR microbolometric sensor with 640 × 512 px resolution (in the 7.5 – 13.5 μm range) and the Super resolution mode functionality providing an option to have the final thermogram in the 1266 x 1010 px resolution.

The first RGB camera comes with 16Mpx resolution.,which is designed primarily for high-resolution imagery and terrain mapping. Workswell InfraRed Camera - WIC: Stationary Radiometric Thermal Camera.

 

The WIC thermal camera is a highly sensitive imager designed to monitor a wide variety of industrial and R&D initiatives. With a thermal sensitivity of up to ≤0.03°C (30mK, 0.054°F), this is one of the most advanced cameras on the market. Easy to integrate into a control system, the WIC can handle a USB3 interface that is ideal for laboratory applications and PCB analysis. It can also be outfitted with GigE for industrial applications and manufacturing processes. The WIC comes in two flavors: the WIC 336, which offers a resolution of 336x256px, and the WIC 640, which boasts 640x512px.

USB3 AND GIGE EDITIONS

The USB3 variant, Workswell's WIC has very low power consumption, plugs into a laptop, requires no external power supply, and has a built-in analog camera output.
The USB3 and GigE variants can be easily connected to a production line or tripod.
The high input protection rating of the WIC's IP65 enclosure protects the camera from external factors.

WORKSWELL COREPLAYER SOFTWARE

Workswell's CorePlayer software automatically identifies thermal cameras, sets an IP address and ensures that each camera connects to your system.
All WIC thermal cameras use 14 RAW data format or temperature calibrated directly to each pixel. The thermal camera image can be displayed in different temperature color palettes with an interactive side banner and a wide range of measurement functionality.
Parameters such as NUC, emissivity and temperature range can be easily configured and measurement functionality can also be added, save radiometric images and videos, create graphs and create attractive PDF protocols.

The Workswell WIRIS Pro is a fully radiometric interchangeable lens super-high resolutions thermal camera that has been specially designed for use with unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), or drones. The WIRIS Pro is at the forefront of a new generation of thermal cameras built for the most demanding  applications, including industrial inspections, archaeology, and precision agriculture.

STATE-OF-THE-ART BISPECTRAL CAMERA (LWIR + RGB 10x Optical Zoom)

The Workswell WIRIS Pro is a specially designed thermodiagnostic device. Its thermal camera is equipped with an LWIR microbolometric sensor with 640×512 px resolution (in the 7.5 – 13.5 μm range), and its ‘Super Resolution Mode’ functionality can deliver a final thermogram in 1266×1010 px resolution. The RGB camera comes with Full HD (1920 x 1080 px) resolution and provides an absolutely unrivalled optical ultrazoom 10x in real-time (6.9° to 58.2° field of vision). The highest possible temperature that the thermal camera can measure is 1,500 °C (2 732 °F). 

THREE RECORDING OPTIONS

Since the WIRIS Pro records a large amount of radiometric data over the course of a single inspection, we decided that it should be the only drone-mounted camera to have its own internal SSD. The WIRIS Pro comes in two storage capacities – 128 and 256 GB – and its data can be offloaded to an external USB drive or micro SD card as well.

CWSI - CROP WATER STRESS INDEX CAMERA

The Workswell WIRIS Agro R is the first device of its kind. Designed to map water stress across large areas, the Agro has a critical role to play in the field of precision agriculture. The device facilitates the determination of the water stress value in a given stand of plants. This information can then be used to determine yield maps, optimize irrigation, and fine-tune water management strategies.

CROP DROUGHT - ACTUAL AND REAL VALUE

In the dry season, precision farmers want to measure the actual effect of drought on their crops. However, this can be difficult to identify. For example, crops may respond differently to drought if they have access to groundwater, and each plant has a different root system. These factors make it hard to tell how much a particular crop might be suffering during a given drought. That’s where the WIRIS Agro comes in. This thermal camera makes real-time measurements of the actual effects of drought on a crop.

COLOUR MAP OVERVIEW

 

The WIRIS Agro R offers four different color maps. In terms of data processing, it is not important which map you choose, but a suitable palette choice can enhance data visualization. Each color map is defined as follows: the palette is black and white as you move away from both the 0 value (negative values below the range), and the 100% value (values above the range).

CWSI ANALYZER SOFTWARE

​

The CorePlayer CWSI Analysis Software is a desktop software used for processing, analyzing, and exporting CWSI RAW data images and videos. It allows the user to set a variety of parameters and models that are necessary for the correct calculation of the CWSI Index, and it facilitates later processing if the input data sent to the camera needs to be adjusted.

​

For data processing into 2D or 3D visualizations, we recommend the most commonly used SW tools such as Pix4D and Agisoft. Each image or video frame shot with the Agro includes GPS information for processing.

​

The software is supplied free of charge with the WIRIS Agro.

WIRIS AGRO R – MAIN BENEFITS:

​

Although it has many uses, we can divide the main WIRIS Agro functions into these three categories:

​

✅ Water status monitoring – Water stress is the plant’s response to deficiencies in the water supply during the growing season, regardless of whether the crops are irrigated or not. To enhance monitoring, the AGRO creates special color maps, “Crop” and “CropStep.”

​

✅ Irrigation Management – This facilitates irrigation system optimization both in terms of determining optimal locations for soil sensors, and in terms of structure optimization. The special color maps, “Water” and “WaterStep,” are available for this use.

​

✅ Phenotyping – Plant varieties respond differently to the amount of water available to them. The WIRIS Agro will help you determine how often the plants of a given species are in water stress, compared to plants of other species.
